LoongArch: KVM: Add tracepoints for CPUCFG and CSR emulation exits
This patch adds tracepoints to track KVM exits caused by CPUCFG and CSR emulation. Note that IOCSR emulation tracing is already covered by the generic trace_kvm_iocsr().
