cpufreq: Drop cpufreq_cpu_acquire() and cpufreq_cpu_release()
Since cpufreq_cpu_acquire() and cpufreq_cpu_release() have no more users in the tree, remove them. No intentional functional impact. Signed-off-by: Rafael J.
