KVM: selftests: Change VM_MODE_PXXV48_4K to VM_MODE_PXXVYY_4K
Use 57-bit addresses with 5-level paging on hardware that supports LA57. Continue to use 48-bit addresses with 4-level paging on hardware that doesn't support LA57.
